The Consular Section receives visitors on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. till 3 p.m. We have a lunch break from 1 p.m. till 1.30 p.m.

To obtain an entrance visa to Angola you must have:
- an invitation
- the passport
- a filled-in questionnaire
- two recent photos

You can get the questionnaire from the Receptionist during the attendance time.

The visas are issued within 14 days. Urgent visas are issued within 5 days. An ordinary visa costs 100 US dollars and an urgent visa is 200 US dollars. The payment is to be made in US dollars while getting the passport with an issued visa.

To travel to Cape Verde Islands special Declarations are issued in Russian and in Portuguese to confirm that entrance visas to the Republic of Cabo Verde will be given at the Isle of Sal International Airport. The Declaration costs 10 US dollars or 300 Rubles and is issued within 3 days.
